We are Hiring Now

  • Perform routine operations and preventive maintenance of solar PV plants (rooftop and/or utility-scale).

  • Monitor plant performance through SCADA / monitoring systems and analyze generation data.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, mechanical, and inverter-related faults.

  • Carry out corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and energy losses.

  • Inspect and maintain inverters, transformers, switchgear, combiner boxes, DC/AC cabling, and protection systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

  • Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and vendors for warranty claims and specialized repairs.

  • Prepare and maintain O&M reports, fault logs, maintenance records, and performance analysis reports.

  • Support plant audits, inspections, and performance testing.

  • Assist in improving plant performance through optimization and root-cause analysis.

  • Provide on-site support during emergencies and breakdowns as required.

Joddha Projects Private Limited invites applications from enthusiastic and motivated Apprentices to join our growing team. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide practical exposure and professional training in both site and office environments, supporting our projects across multiple engineering domains.

Eligible Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical Engineering)

  • Diploma (Electrical Engineering)

  • B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Training Exposure

Selected apprentices will receive structured training in on-site and/or office-based roles, depending on project requirements and individual aptitude.

Technical Domains:

  • Solar Power Projects

  • Electrical Systems & Installations

  • HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)

  • Fire Fighting Systems

Training Areas Include:

  • Site execution support and supervision

  • Basic design understanding and documentation

  • Operations, maintenance, and safety procedures

  • Project coordination and reporting

  • Office support functions (for B.Com candidates), including billing, documentation, procurement, and coordination
